The RayTemp 3 Infrared Thermometer is compact, lightweight and easy to use, measuring temperature over the range of -60 to 500°C. It incorporates an 8 dot circle laser indicator, allowing for the measurement diameter to be precisely targeted. It has an assured accuracy of ±1°C over the critical food range of 0 to 65°C, and a target ratio of 12:1, making it the ideal temperature-checking instrument for the foodservice industry.
