Service Department

Our service department provides excellent support to our sales division by offering the following:

• On-site calibration, repair and servicing of laboratory equipment.
• Supply and installation of equipment.
• Balance calibration to National Standards using UKAS-certified weights
• Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) electrical test certification to British standards.
• Qualified engineers available for worldwide travel.
• Many spares carried ex stock.

Our Instrumentation Engineers are trained to assess your equipment, then calibrate or repair as necessary, also providing expert advice on replacements if needed. We also carry many spare parts in stock, meaning repairs can often be carried out same day, either in-house or on-site.

Contracts for regular servicing and maintenance can be arranged, but we are also happy to carry out ad hoc and emergency repairs as required, ensuring down-time and disruption is kept at a minimum.
